The dust removal bag is called the heart of the bag dust collector, generally known as the dust removal bag or dust filter bag. Dust removal bag is a key part of the operation of the bag dust collector, and usually the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the dust removal bag should be as far as possible to pursue efficient filtration, easy dust stripping and durable effect. The selection of dust removal bag is very important, it directly affects the dust removal effect of the dust collector, the selection of dust bag from the following aspects: gas temperature, humidity and chemistry, particle size, dust concentration, filter wind speed, dust cleaning method and other factors.
Brief introduction
Dust collector or dust removal equipment is the equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas. The bag dust collector, known as the filter dust collector, is a dry type high efficiency dust collector, which makes use of bag filter elements made of fiber fabric to capture solid particles in the dusty gas. The principle is that the dust particles are intercepted when they collide with the fibers due to the inertial force. For dust particles with very small particle size (such as less than 1 micron), they will act like gas molecules in random Brownian motion under the impact of gas molecules. In this process of movement, the dust particles have a certain probability of diffusing to the surface of the filter bag fiber and being adsorbed and captured.
In a pulse and air-box type pulse dust collector, the dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dust-containing gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag, preventing the filter bag from collapsing, and it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
Working principle
Bag dust collector is a dry type dust removal device, which is suitable for capturing fine, dry non-fiber dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-textile felt, and the dusty gas is filtered by the filter effect of fiber fabric. When the dusty gas enters the bag dust collector, the dust with large particles and significant ratio settles down due to the action of gravity and falls into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.
The structure of the bag dust collector is mainly composed of the upper box, the middle box, the lower box (ash hopper), the ash cleaning system and the exhaust mechanism. Regarding the performance of the bag filter, in addition to the correct selection of the filter bag material, the ash cleaning system plays a decisive role in the bag filter. Therefore, the ash cleaning method is one of the characteristics of the bag dust collector, and it is also an important part of the operation of the bag dust collector.
Application
The flue gas treatment and dust removal system is used in ironmaking plant, meltshop, ferroalloy plant, refractory plant, foundry, power plant, etc. Waste incinerators, coal-fired boilers, fluidized bed boilers and other flue gas filtration also involves dust removal process. Asphalt concrete mixing, construction materials, cement ceramics, lime, gypsum and other production sites requires dust removal as well. Aluminum electrolysis, lead, tin, zinc, copper and other rare metals smelting flue gas filtration, fine material recovery, liquid and solid separation. Liquid-solid separation and recovery of fine materials in chemical, coke, carbon black, dyes, pharmaceuticals, plastics and other fields. Dust treatment and purification collection for mining, grain processing, flour, electronics industry, wood processing, etc.
