On February 21, one Tanzanian customer visited our company in person to talk about a new ironmaking project with our technical team. Our quality service, good reputation and sincere attitude is the main reason to attract customers to visit.
The company's technology & management team expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of customers, and arranged a warm reception in our meeting room. The company's technical team and relevant business personnel gave detailed answers to all kinds of project questions raised by customers at the meeting, and the rich professional knowledge also left a deep impression on customers.
Subsequently, our company leadership also arranged a factory visit for customers to see the iron making equipment on site. Following the planned route, the customer enters the production workshop. Upon entering the workshop, customers are attracted by modern production equipment and orderly production processes. As the company representatives walked, they introduced the advanced performance of the production equipment and the strict standards of the production process. The workers operated the machines with concentration and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism.
During the visit, the customer and representatives exchanged experiences and insights. They gained a deeper understanding of the company's plant size, production capacity and technical level.
After the tour, the customers expressed great satisfaction with this visit.
